In 2003, when the retail, logistics and manufacturing market began adopting voice recognition solutions more extensively, Zetes Group took the strategic decision to enter the market by setting up a voice-dedicated expert team operating at corporate level: 3i Voice. Constantly monitoring the evolution of voice technology, this international team constantly optimises the integration of ‘voice’ into solutions in order to answer business and market requirements most proficiently.

Leveraging on the experience gained in hundreds of projects installed today, the specialists of the 3i Voice Competence Centre share their know-how with all country offices of the Zetes Group. The synergy between global specialist knowledge and local market understandings make sure Zetes’ customers profit not only from optimised deployment of our standardised yet configurable voice solution (3iV Crystal), but also from excellent service and support in all countries where we are present.

3i Voice is one of the Zetes 3i Competence Centres, centralised teams of experts dedicated to specific supply chain technologies. Their mission is built around the simple yet solid 3i principle ‘Innovate, Integrate, Improve’: improving supply chain performance through innova­tive logistics solutions and the integration of technologies such as Voice Recognition, RFID and Print &Apply. The Zetes 3i Competence Centres share their cross border integrator experience and yearlong expertise in designing and providing solid solutions with all Zetes offices in the countries where we are present (all Western markets and Israel).
